Common questions
How do I claim my listing?
Search for your business on This is Bromley, click "Claim this listing", and sign in with your email. We review claims manually to protect listing accuracy and usually respond within one working day.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — paid plans are monthly rolling subscriptions. Cancel any time from your dashboard and your listing reverts to the free tier at the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway.
Is VAT included in the prices?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT (20%) will be added at checkout where applicable.
